Position: MARKETING COORDINATOR

POSITION OVERVIEW

Rt. 113 Boat Sales is seeking a highly organized, creative, and motivated Marketing Coordinator to support the dealership's day-to-day marketing initiatives. This hybrid position is responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media, coordinating digital marketing campaigns, and producing promotional materials that strengthen the Rt. 113 Boat Sales brand and drive customer engagement.
The ideal candidate is passionate about content creation, social media, photography, videography, and graphic design while possessing strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Capture photos and videos of new inventory, customer deliveries, dealership events, service operations, and staff.
  • Monitor social media activity and respond to comments and messages as directed.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand voice.
  • Track engagement metrics and provide recommendations for improving performance.
  • Content Creation
  • Produce high-quality photography and video content for social media, website, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
  • Edit photos and videos for digital marketing, reels, and promotional advertisements.
  • Assist in developing creative campaigns highlighting new inventory, promotions, customer testimonials, and dealership events.
  • Digital Marketing
  • Assist in creating and managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
  • Create and distribute email marketing campaigns promoting inventory, sales events, service specials, and dealership announcements.
  • Update website content, promotional banners, and featured inventory listings as needed.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
  • Marketing Materials
  • Design brochures, flyers, event signage, digital graphics, apparel, promotional items, and printed advertisements.
  • Coordinate production and ordering of branded merchandise and promotional materials.
  • Ensure marketing materials remain consistent with dealership and manufacturer branding standards.
  • Event Coordination
  • Assist in planning and promoting dealership events, demo days, boat shows, customer appreciation events, and manufacturer promotions.
  • Coordinate event marketing materials, signage, giveaways, and social media coverage.
  • Attend dealership events as needed to capture content and support marketing efforts.
  • Brand Support
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Coordinate manufacturer co-op advertising and promotional opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales and service departments to promote current inventory, customer stories, and dealership initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of marketing, communications, or social media experience.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design software.
  • Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and detail-oriented.
  • Marine or outdoor recreation industry experience is a plus but not required.

Work Schedule
