We added Cobalt for a simple reason: our customers’ weekends are not all fishing. Sandbars, tubing, dinner by water — and nothing in that world is built or finished like a Cobalt. One factory in Neodesha, Kansas since 1968, and it shows in what the boats are worth years later.
Sterndrive runabouts from 22 feet, the R-Surf class — R4, R6, R8 — putting a real wave behind a luxury runabout, and outboards to the 35-foot R35 with up to 800 horses on the transom.
It is the family boat for the Delaware bays, sold by Delmarva’s largest family-owned dealership — winterization, storage, transport and the after-sale help that decided us on the brand in the first place.

Yes — alongside the classic sterndrive runabouts, Cobalt builds an outboard class up to the 35-foot R35, with twin outboards producing up to 800 total horsepower.
What is the Cobalt R-Surf class?
The R4, R6 and R8 Surf — luxury runabouts with real surf systems, so one boat does the morning wake session and the evening cruise without looking like a tow rig.
Do you service and winterize Cobalt boats?
Yes — winterization, shrink wrap, blocking and storage in our own yard, with transport on our own trailers. We only carry brands we can support after the sale, and Cobalt joined the lineup on that condition.
