Key ResponsibilitieS
- Oversee daily operations of the parts department, including ordering, stocking, and inventory control.
- Manage all warranty claim submissions, tracking, and approvals with manufacturers.
- Support service technicians by ensuring timely availability of parts.
- Communicate with customers regarding warranty coverage, status updates, and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of parts usage, sales, and claims.
- Ensure compliance with all manufacturer and company warranty policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in marine, automotive, or powersports parts/warranty management preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory systems and manufacturer claim platforms preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, sales, and management.
