POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Yard Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the handling, maintenance, and transportation of boats around our dealership lot and service area. If you have a passion for boats and enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key ResponsibilitieS
- Safely launch, haul, and transport boats using trucks, forklifts, trailers, and other equipment.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the yard.
- Assist service technicians with moving boats in and out of the shop.
- Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and detailing of boats.
- Bottom painting boats
- Blocking and unblocking boats
- Shrink Wrapping Boats
- Assist customers with boat pickups and deliveries as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a professional work environment.

Qualifications
- Experience operating forklifts, trailers, and other heavy equipment preferred (training available).
- Mechanical or marine industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license required; boating experience is a plus.
