Delaware Boat Registration Services
Ensure your vessel is legally registered and ready for the water. Review the required documents below and schedule your appointment with us.
First Time Registration or Transfer of Ownership
Required Documents:
- Completed Delaware registration form
- Printed picture of drivers license
- Printed Picture or Hull rubbing of Hull Identification Number (typically located on the right rear of the boat)
- Notarized Bill of sale
- Existing title or registration card filled out and signed by the previous owner.
- Cash Payment for registration
Registration Renewal
Required Documents:
- DL Number
- Hull Identification Number
- Printed picture of drivers license
- Cash for payment
Important Information
Only complete packets will be accepted.
*We will not accept credit card payment for registrations.
**All required pictures and copies must be provided by the vessel owner. We will not print or make any copies of required documents.
Notarization services are available for a $10.00 fee, both parties must be present.
